The above forum has established itself as a platform of dialog between Ernst Munk and most of the user groups from science, politics, economy, associations and administration relative to the subject of restoration and insolvency management.

Together with the University of Muenster the Research Institute headed by Dr. Nicole Essiger - Munk are designing early recognition and treatment systems against the virus of insolvency. The subjects tabled generally deal with questions at the sectional line of judicial, economic and political science. They can be general questions of the practical day to day work referring to insolvency prophylaxis or the spectrum of restoration, liquidation, insolvency arrears management as well as the general public discussion of these subjects.

Under discussion at this time is a colloquium on the subject:
Efficiency of the Federal Republic of Germany in handling its Insolvency Prophylaxis, status of the respective research as well as consequences for Politics.
